Easy to grow, delicate, soft green feathery foliage used fresh on fish and in salads; seed heads essential in many pickle recipes. Culture: Can be started indoors. Sow outdoors 2 weeks after last frost date in your area, and/or set out transplants in rich well drained soil. Fall: Sow direct outdoors in mid to late August. Do not plant in hot summer months. Thin plants 9”–12” apart. Harvest: Leaves anytime after plants show signs of vigorous growth, cut leaves at stem base. When seeds begin to darken, cut entire stem and place upside down in a bag.
